80% TEMPRANILLO, 20% CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Firm tannins, light acidity, and an aftertaste of pepper and ripe fruit. A good match for grilled red meats, spicy pasta, Gouda and blue cheese.

Aged: 24 months on french oak.
