Intense red color, medium-to-high bodied with cassis, blackberry, fig, leather and subtle floral aromas.
Tannins are soft and well-integrated. Good balance between fruit and wood. Velvety with an aftertaste of coffee and species. Fabulous with Fabada, primal cuts, elaborate dishes, sheep’s cheese and cured cheese.
