Aroma of cherry, cinnamon, blackberry, lavender, chocolate and coconut. Elegant on the palate, fine- grained tannins, and an aftertaste of cloves, wood and raisins. A fine accompaniment to Mexican food, well- spiced foods, grilled meats, and caviar, Cheddar or Provolone.
