100% CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Meaty in the mouth, persistent and elegant with an aftertaste of wood and species. It combines very well with hanger steak, Ribeye, cheeses; like Brie, Gouda, Gruyere, and dishes with a heavy sauce.

Serving Temperature: 17° – 19°
Aged: 42 months on french oak.
