Intense, expressive aroma; balsamic notes, spices, vanilla, Black plum, tobacco and coffee. It’s complex on the palate with medium to dry acidity, elegant tannins, and an aftertaste of truffle and tobacco. Ideal served alongside kid, piglet, game meat, Provolone, Cheddar and blue cheese.
