Oscar Delgado Rodríguez began working in Barón Balché during at period of considerable activity. It was the summer of 2001, with a recently finished cellar and an upcoming grape harvest, that Oscar and colleagues embarked upon their adventure. Today they are still eager to learn about everything related to wines.

From the very beginning, they crafted products of superb quality on a national level, as they sticking to the advice and instructions from previous oenologists in a true labor of love. They still perform their craft with excellence and dedication.

Oscar appointed the vineyard’s oenologist on 2014. These days he pours his creativity into helming a gifted team with the task of crafting wines of great taste, balance and originality.

His wine expertise tells him working in the field is paramount if success is to be achieved. The sowing process and the caring of the vineyards are crucial elements in guaranteeing a product of great quality and thereof a satisfied customer.
