Dark red color with ruby glints.
Black fruits and a hint of nutmeg on the nose.
Some sweetness in attack, yet drier on the second nose.
Made with fine, smooth tannins.
A full-bodied wine that offers a persistent aftertaste.
A good match for spaghetti alla bollognese, dishes served with fruit sauces and either grilled or broiled meat.
LAMAT O GC
WINE OF THE MONTH
Our history begins when Juan Ríos, the current owner of Barón Balché, in 1997 decides to restore a family property that spanned 32 hectares and its adjacent, abandoned vineyards.
From humble beginnings that involved elaboration of nonprofit, homemade wine, Mr. Ríos has now embarked upon a new experience in which he surrounds himself by wine connoisseurs and knowledge alike.
Tahal restaurant is a 100% Baja Californian cuisine. We create dishes that vary with season based on the very best regional products, like Ensenada's Port fish of the day, and fresh crop from the restaurant's own orchard.
Tahal's Restaurant purpose is to break boundaries, developing dishes you may combine with any dish.
